A schedule of pre-arranged and approved meetings based on your own choices. Unlimited access to the profiles of all the participants which will help you to identify and request meetings with the companies you would like to target.
A 24 sqm booth. A very limited number of these booths will be available. These are shell scheme spaces including 2 meeting points with 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 sofa, 1 storage room, and space for your company graphics. Prime Booth location near host partners.
A dedicated LinkedIn post about your participation as a sponsor at VTM on the official event page.
A video of up to 90 seconds presenting your company, to be played on rotation on screens located in the exhibition area. Please note that the video will be silent and must be provided by you.
Your company logo will be featured on the official event website and in marketing materials.
Unlimited access to the convention for up to 10 delegates of your company (no lunches included).
Free registration for up to 10 buyers (personnel from the procurement department) for the B2B sessions and full conference program. There is also the possibility of hotel accommodation for buyers coming from outside Turin or from abroad (subject to approval by the VTM team).
Industrial site visit to your plant for a restricted number of companies, with the possibility of hosting a ‘do business with’ session during the visit (this is in addition to the B2B program)
